Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a similar sustainable mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from our portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
